On the main Support Portal page, choose Report an Incident.





Next: Complete the new ticket form and click Submit.

  • Requester:  Enter your Email Address
  • Next Field -Type your name
  • Request Type:  Click on the drop down and choose the Request Type that best matches your request
  • Summary: Provide a brief Summary of the problem you are experiencing or request you wish to create
  • Description:  Enter a full description of your request including as much detail as possible




Check and verify the Captcha and press Submit.


Once you click Submit, you will see the following message.




Next, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Ticket Number from servicedesk@pcfcorp.com.

One of our Support Representatives will review your request and will send you a personal response with an update or resolution.
